These terms cover text messages (SMS and MMS) sent by Sightline Design Studio, Inc. (“Sightline,” “we,” “us”) to people who have asked to hear from us by text. They work together with our Privacy Policy.
Program description
Sightline sends text messages related to your inquiry or project, such as replies to your questions, consultation scheduling and reminders, requests for information or documents, and updates on the progress of your design and permit. These are conversational and transactional messages about work you asked us about. We do not run a text marketing list.
How you opt in
You agree to receive texts from us when you check the text message box on a form at sightlineds.com and submit it, when you text us first at (949) 659-4426, or when you give us your mobile number and ask us to text you. The box on our forms is never pre-checked. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying any service from us; you can always work with us by phone and email instead.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies depending on where your project is. During an active project you might get a few messages a week; between projects you may not hear from us at all. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Sightline does not charge for text messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting that number. You may get one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can also opt out by emailing contact@sightlineds.com or calling (949) 659-4426. If you stop texts in the middle of a project, we will keep in touch by phone and email instead.

Your information
We keep a record of your consent (the date, time and network address of the form submission, or the text you sent us) so we can show that you asked to hear from us. We do not share your mobile number or your opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to send you the messages described above and is shared only with the messaging providers that deliver them. Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and texts may not be available on all carriers or in all areas. If you change your mobile number, please let us know so we can update our records.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at sightlineds.com/sms-terms/ with its effective date.
