About the studio
Spaces with purpose.
Sightline Design Studio is a residential design studio based in Irvine, California, serving homeowners across Orange County, the Inland Empire and Los Angeles County.
Why “Sightline”
A sightline is the view from where you stand to what you want to see. In a home, it’s the line from the kitchen to the backyard, from the front door to the light. In a project, it’s being able to see clearly from the first idea to the finished building.
That’s how we work. Every line we draw has a reason: how the space will be lived in, how it will be built, and what it will take to get it approved.
What guides our work
Buildable over pretty
Good design and good construction documents aren’t the same thing. We deliver both: spaces you’ll love, on drawings your builder can price and build without guessing.
Field experience at the drafting table
Our team has spent years on the construction side: estimating, permitting, managing trades and passing inspections. Those lessons go straight into our drawings.
Straight answers
If something won’t work, costs more than it should, or needs an engineer, we tell you early. No surprises in plan check, and fewer surprises on site.
