What a typical plan set includes
Every project is different, and we size the set to what your jurisdiction actually requires. Common sheets include a cover sheet with project data, site plan, existing and demolition plans, proposed floor plan, roof plan, exterior elevations, building sections, door and window schedules, electrical and plumbing layouts, and coordinated structural, Title 24 energy and CALGreen documents.
