- Detached ADUs can be up to two stories and 25 ft tall.
- An ADU is expected to match the architecture of the main home.
- Above 800 sq ft, the zone’s floor area and lot coverage limits apply, and an ADU can cover no more than 40% of the required rear yard.
- Mechanical equipment must sit at least 3 ft from property lines.
